According to the census the most of the unemployed person are the youngsters because they dont have the experience. The companies just focused on hiring the experienced one not on the young blood. As we can sit in any interview today the first question asked from you is acbout your experience. And if someone who is less educatef but having more experience got selected but is this fair for the one who will studied from since last years and doing the hardwork. I think this is the wrong way a person who dont have knowledge but have experience may not supposed to do the extraordinary works but the one who has knowledge may do that work because he have courage to studied new things. This is totally wrong for the new generation because the new generation have knowledge but not the experience.They have new ways to do the things but dont get the opportunities because tge companies hire only experienced people. They just focus on training purpose not on the development....
